How I Work as Your Therapist
A Space Built on Empathy
I know what it's like to carry things alone. My work is shaped by real empathy and lived experience, ensuring you are met with honesty and care.
A Registered Professional
As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to a strict ethical framework, ensuring you receive a high standard of professional and confidential care.
Focused on Your Growth
My goal is to offer a calm, safe space where you feel seen and heard. Together, we can help you heal, reconnect with yourself, and move forward.
My Background and Experience as a Counsellor
I’m a BACP registered integrative counsellor/ psychotherapist, working 1:1 with young people and adults.
I integrate person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT approaches to support clients through anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles and emotional overwhelm.
I became a counsellor because I know what it’s like to carry things alone. My own upbringing and personal therapy journey shaped how I work, with real empathy, honesty, and care. I offer a calm, safe space where people can feel seen, heard and supported to heal.
My experience includes school-based therapy, and private practice. I bring both clinical skill and lived understanding to the room, helping clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with strength.
